About Us

Take a deep breath, #Inhale&Exhale. We are a psychology practice based in Melbourne.

Our mission is to provide you with compassionate and evidence-based therapy on your pathway to recovery.

Welcome to #Inhale&Exhale, where our services aim to holistically heal and balance the brain and body.

A female person rests her head against a tree truck in a lush rainforest. We see her head and shoulders in profile view and her eyes are closed. She looks relaxed.

We understand there is more to health than the absence of disease. The quality of how we feel, move, and relate to our inner self and others around us, forms an integral part of our lives.

That’s why at #Inhale&Exhale we invest time into understanding the whole you.

We’ll work with you to provide you with the tools you need to master your health and wellbeing goals so you can be the best version of yourself.

Breathe in, breathe out…

She takes a multi-disciplinary holistic approach and will collaborate with your healthcare practitioners as part of your psychological therapy.
